Admission Rule

1. REGISTRATION: Registration/Admission Form for new admission are available from first week of January every year and selection is made on the basis of test and interview so as to determine the capability of the child to pursue the prescribed courses of studies.

2. AGE: For admission to Playgroup the child should complete the age of 3 years on 1st April of the year of admission.

3. ADMISSION: At the time of admission you have to deposit following documents:
a. Transfer Certificate
b. Character Certificate
c. Marks Sheet
d. Birth Certificate

General Rules

1. Abide by the school rules and regulation strictly.

2. Be regular in perusing the notice etc. pasted on the School Notice Board.

3. Safe guard and beautify school property.

4. Follow the Vedic maxim: "Let noble thoughts come to us from every side" .

5. Conduct yourself as an ambassador of the school in all situations and create goodwill for your beloved institution.

6. Imbibe the spirit of universal brotherhood and mutual co-operation.

7. Imbibe the virtues of politeness, kindness, nobility, integrity, honesty, service & sacrifice.

8. Be courteous and cultivate good manners.

9. Endeavour at all round development of the personality. Be in the tune with the eternal culture of India and enrich it with the study of modern science and technology.

Rules for Students

1. Children must be punctual and attend school in neat, tidy and proper school uniform.

2. Children must come to school with their lessons well prepared, their homework completed accompanied with the school diary.

3. Articles found in the classroom or in the school premises must be handed over to the school office.

4. All the pupils are expected to speak in ENGLISH ONLY in school campus.

5. Any reported or observed behavior of an objection able kind even outside the school premises shall make a child liable to face disciplinary action.

6. Students should avoid writing; carving and scratching on the walls and furniture, such habits is a sign of low taste.

7. Any pupil who is persistently disobedient or is repeatedly or willfully mischievous or found guilty of gross malpractice in connection with examinations or unauthorized alterations in Leaving Certificate/Birth Certificate, Progress Report is liable to be removed from the rolls subject to the discretion of the Principal. This may be temporary or permanent according to the gravity of the offence.

Recommendation to Parents/Guardians

a) Parents/Guardians seeking admission of their children/wards are required to submit the prescribed application form duly completed in all respects. At the time of admission, the Parent/Guardian must produce a Transfer certificate from the school last attended. No admission will be entertained for want of T.C. The Parent/Guardian will comply with the rules herein stated and pay the tuitions fees and other charges as the management deems fit will be binding on them and the same will be notified on the notice board.

b) Parents are required to instill a sense of REGULARITY, PUNCTUALITY AND DICIPLINE. They should kindly see that their children do their home assignment daily and reach school on time. They should devote sufficient time for their studies.

c) Politeness and courtesy in speech and conduct should be inculcated as well as cleanliness should be observed.

d) Leave of absence shall be sought by an application for authentic reason well in advance.

e) All communications (requests/complaints) should be addressed to the Principal and not to the class teacher.

f) Parents/Guardians are expected to sign, message, Progress Report or any other document when requested. Failure to compliance may put their child to inconvenience and render them liable to go home. The same punishment may be meted out to repeated late comes and students reluctant to studies.

g) Parents must realize that Parents teacher meetings are very important and they must attend them when ever asked to do so.

h) Check the hair cut, uniform and punctuality of your ward in the morning, in case a parent wants a discussion with more than one teacher, a meeting will be arranged with the concerned teacher on Saturday, 30 min. before the closure of school subject to school timing.

i) See that your ward carries books/ exercise books according to the time table for that day, No extra books are allowed.

j) See that your ward is prepared for the Monthly tests. Also see his/her class work/home exercise books/School diary.

k) Encourage your ward to take a balanced interest in studies, co-curricularies and sports.

l) Books/ copies/ tiffins or any items are strictly not to be handed over to security guard on gate.

m) Your ward should be instructed to be careful about his/her things. There should be a name tag on blazers and sweaters. Expensive articles like mobile phone, calculators, and golden ear rings should not be brought to school. They are not allowed to wear jewelery in school.

n) If your ward is absent from school/he/she must make up all the work missed by him.

o) If your ward is to leave the school campus during school hours, he must bring a letter explaining the reason. A gate pass will be issued with the knowledge of the class teacher and Administrator.

p) It is always advisable to write to the school about the problems of your ward or for seeking guidance.

q) Plan for further education of your ward beyond the school in good time so that they may be eligible to compete for the maximum number of institutions.

r) Finally the Parents are required to behave gentlemanly any behavior country to the required norms of civility not only effects their wards but also may amount to serious repercussion to their wards. The ward may be removed from the school or the parent may be banned from entering the school premises.
